Ali was recommended to us by a friend and she did not disappoint. Not only was she much more reasonably priced, she was proactive, professional, and extremely efficient at getting the assessment and completed documents to us quickly. Part of what she needed to do was talk to my mum to establish her capabilities and she did this with such kindness and patience. Mum really enjoyed her visit, as Ali made the official visit feel much more like a friendly chat.

I can't thank Ali enough for the impact she has had on the life of the gentleman we support. We work with a gentleman with complex needs and until Ali was appointed as social worker, we were very stagnant. The individual needed a new placement, in a different area and his package of care was not minimal. Both the team and the individual had been requesting this change (through the original social work provider) for close to 1 year, and really pushing for it for the last 6 months. Within 3 weeks of Ali being appointed we had a new assessment completed, a new placement in mind with viewings arranged and with options moving forward. Ali has been professional, approachable and quite frankly excellent at her job. Couldn't recommend her highly enough and couldn't appreciate the impact she has made more.

Ali was just fab with communication and carrying out complex reports on my daughter. Her knowledge is just outstanding. I wish that she would be involved with my daughter & myself always. The level of input from a Social worker has never been this involved, Ali also went to visit my daughter more than once. My daughter always asks when will she be back.
